Yes — every attendant who works school events goes through a comprehensive background check (Illinois SLED + national database). We can provide background-check documentation directly to your district or school office on request.
Yes. We carry $2M general liability insurance and issue COIs naming your school district, building, and venue as additional insureds within 24 hours of contract signing.
School-event-mode at the booth — appropriate prop selection (no alcohol-themed or suggestive props), filtered music libraries, and the attendant monitors photos before they’re shared. For 360 booths, we pre-screen songs with the activity director.
Yes — we accept POs, billing through school activity funds, and Net-30 terms for school districts. We’re set up as a vendor in many Chicagoland districts already, so the procurement step is usually 1 day, not 2 weeks.
For weather-related cancellations or school closures, we offer free rescheduling to any available date within 6 months — no rebooking fee. This is a special accommodation for school events only.
Yes — we recommend pairing two booths (typically the 360 + open-air combo) for high-volume school events. Two booths handle 200+ students per hour comfortably.
Yes — we work with K–12 public, private, parochial, and college events. Middle school events have stricter content guidelines (which we follow); college events have more flexibility around music and props.
For peak-season prom (March–May), 4–6 months ahead. Graduation (May–June) books faster — 5–6 months ahead. Off-season dances and PTO events can typically book 4–6 weeks out.
