How quickly can you turn around a proposal?

Within 24 hours for standard corporate bookings. Same-day if your event is within 14 days. Submit the form with your event date, venue, attendee count, and any brand assets — you’ll get an itemized proposal back, no sales call required.

Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) and W-9?

Yes. We carry $2M general liability insurance and can issue a COI naming your company and venue as additional insureds within 24 hours of contract signing. W-9 is provided automatically as part of the contract package.

Do you accept Net-30 / Net-60 payment terms?

Net-30 is standard for established corporate clients with a signed MSA. Net-60 available case-by-case for Fortune 1000 enterprise clients. Smaller bookings under $5,000 require 50% deposit, 50% on completion

Can attendees opt out of marketing emails?

Yes — every email collected at the booth is GDPR/CAN-SPAM compliant with explicit opt-in language. Attendees who decline still get their photos but are not included in the CSV export. We can also custom-script the consent flow to match your privacy policy.

How does the lead-capture data integrate with our CRM?

Default delivery is a CSV export within 48 hours, formatted for direct import into Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo. For a fee, we can also push leads via Zapier or a custom webhook to your CRM in real-time during the event

What's the load-in / setup requirement?

Standard booth needs 8′ × 8′ floor space, one 110V outlet, and 90 minutes for setup. 360 booth needs 10′ × 10′. Custom backdrops add 30 minutes. We coordinate directly with your venue’s AV/operations team — no work for you.

Do you sign NDAs for confidential events?

Yes. We sign client NDAs as part of standard onboarding, and have an internal NDA framework for our crew. We can also exclude your event from our portfolio and case studies on request.
