Our team arrives 60 minutes before your first guest. We coordinate placement with your venue coordinator, wedding planner, and DJ — and have the booth fully ready. No setup during cocktail hour.

COCKTAIL HOUR
Booth opens for guests
Open-air booth is live with your custom template and wedding hashtag loaded. Guests warm up with the first round of photos while your photographer captures portraits. Signature + Luxe packages: this is the first paid hour.

IDLE HOUR
Reception transition
Available as an add-on. The booth stays set up but paused while you and your guests sit for dinner and toasts. No clock ticking, no rush — and only $50 per idle hour. Your DJ takes the lead during this window.

Luxe package: the 360 video booth opens alongside the open-air for 2 hours during peak dance-floor energy — perfect for the hora, first dance, and group shots. Both booths pack up cleanly at the end of contracted hours.

Absolutely. The Signature and Luxe packages can add an “idle hour” coverage so the booth is set up, your attendant is on-site, and the booth is paused but available between the ceremony and reception. No additional charge for the gap time.
A 360 booth captures slow-motion video of guests on a rotating platform — great for shareable content. An open-air booth captures classic stills with studio lighting and prints 2×6 photo strips on-site. Many couples book both for variety — open-air for keepsake prints, 360 for the social media moment.
Yes — every Chicago wedding photo booth booking includes a branded digital gallery delivered within 48 hours of your wedding. Your guests can re-download, share, and tag from the gallery. The gallery URL is yours forever.
Open-air booth: 8′ × 8′ floor area. 360 booth: 12′ × 12′. Digital booth: 6′ × 6′. All need a standard 110V outlet within 25 feet. We coordinate space requirements with your venue coordinator and wedding planner during the contract phase
We require a 50% deposit to lock in your wedding date. Final balance is due 14 days before the wedding. Cancellations 90+ days out get a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 90 days are refunded minus a non-refundable retainer (varies by package).
Yes — Chicago wedding planners who refer 3+ clients per year get a recurring referral discount and priority date-hold privileges. We also coordinate directly with your wedding planner, photographer, DJ, and venue coordinator at no extra charge.
Yes — Chicago + 25+ Chicagoland suburbs included with no travel surcharge. Naperville, Schaumburg, Arlington Heights, Oak Brook, Northbrook, Aurora, Joliet, Wheaton, and beyond. Outside the core zone (Rockford, Indianapolis, Milwaukee), a per-mile travel fee applies.
